If you want to close your account permanently, Seller Support can assist you. Keep in mind that you can use the Maintenance mode feature that will hide all your listings, or you can deactivate or remove your listings entirely but hold on to your account for future use. Before you close your account permanently, please cancel and remove your listings and resolve all transactions.

Trady Pakistan notifies you by email when you receive an order. You can change the notification settings in your account settings.

EcoMall offers different selling plans for a monthly subscription fee plus per-item selling fees, which vary by subscriptions. Please visit the pricing section for detail.

Upon checkout customer will pay to the Trady Pakistan accounts. Once customer pay the amount, you will be notified via email and will proceed for shipping. After successful shipping order amount will be added to your wallet. Either you can withdraw funds from  your wallet or company can setup period accumulated payments.

Merchant Account

Shipping is vendor managed in EcoMall and merchants have to define shipping methods in merchant panel.

1. Shipping Carriers: You can add shipping carriers and link them to your shipping rates. Customers will see the linked carrier when they select the shipping option

2. Shipping Zones: Shipping zones are the area you doing business. Customers only from this zones can buy from your store. Only New Zealand is active shipping zone EcoMall and merchants have to define in merchant panel.

3. Shipping Rates: You can create multiple shipping rates in a single shipping zone. A shipping rate can be based on the total PRICE or WEIGHT. You can link the shipping carrier you will use to ship the order so that buyers will get confidence about the shipping

Info! To calculate weight based shipping rates, you must input the shipping weight of an item on the listing page.

  1. Based on price: Set the lower limit and upper limit price for the rate. This option will be shown if the total order price lays between the price range you set.
  2. Based on weight: Set the lower limit and upper limit weight for the rate. This option will be shown if the total order price lays between the price range you set.

Warning! If you check the FREE SHIPPING option then the shipping cost will be zero no matter you set the rate or not.

You can either add inventory with GST inclusive or exclusive prices. But in both cases you need to define GST profile. If your prices are GST inclusive then define profile with 0 tax rate otherwise define tax profile according to GST rate in New Zealand and GST will be calculated at checkout page.
